Maria Amor is an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Certified Aerobics Intructor, DVIDA (Dance Vision International Dance Association) Certified Ballroom Dance Instructor, a Paint Artist and Entrepreneur.

Maria Amor is the Founder and Creator of ExotifitTM and President of MLT Enterprises.



 
Biography

Born and raised in the Philippines, Ms. Torres is a unique combination of gifted and ambitious. In her way back in the Philippines at an early age of 19 years, tucked with a business and arts background, she established MLCT Oriental Furniture, a family-owned business. She later branched out to the manufacture of handicrafts out of indigenous and recycled materials. Having gained confidence from supplying small companies she ventured into supplying big businesses of their corporate giveaways like the National Bookstore, Duty Free Philippines and SM Department Store to name a few.

Her quest for knowledge and new skills is unstoppable. She simultaneously took training in Alternative Medicine and put up Traditional Healthcare Clinic. From there, she gained prominence in health care being a health buff herself. Formally enrolled in aerobics training and did grueling weight lifting exercises; it paid off with her winning several Miss Bikini and Body Contests. She started teaching Aerobics in 2000, gaining a lot of clients and friends, she knew that one day, she will create something to revolutionize Fitness.

To enrich her aesthetic sense, she took painting lessons from famous painters in the Philippines. Ms. Torres is preparing for her exbihit someday.

Ms. Torres is keen both in business and philanthropy. In 2003, she founded Katawang Pinoy Foundation with the aim of uplifting the lives of body builders, aerobics instructors and other related fields of endeavor. She showcased the most talked about show 'Skinned' at the Fort in Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines which placed a trade mark for Filipinos in the body painting industry. The organization receives national beauty titlists ramped the stage to support and was further supported by champions in the body building and health fitness industry.
